We never cease to be amazed at some of the things we find on newly constructed homes that the builder has just "finished." Just because a home is brand new, that doesn't necessarily mean that everything is perfect. It would seem that the recent building boom in metro-Atlanta has caused the quality of construction to decline, making our job much more interesting.
