Home Inspections:
Before you buy an Atlanta home you want to have a home inspection so you know the condition of the home’s components and mechanical systems.
New Construction - Framing and Final:
You may ask, "What could be wrong with a brand new house?" You would be shocked at the problems we find. Don't wait for an inspector to find those problems when you go to sell the house 10 years later.
Radon Testing:
The EPA has identified metro-Atlanta as a high potential area for radon and recommends that all houses be tested. Radon is dangerous (a cancer-causing radioactive gas), but relatively easy to mitigate if elevated levels are identified.
